Inside: We check for visable roof leaks, skylight leaks, window leaks, breakage or security problems on doors and windows, lighting problems, air conditioning and heating adjustments/monitoring according to the season, bug and rodent problems, running of water in sinks, traps, flushing of toilets, check for plumbing leaks or problems, check of fireplaces, appliance monitoring, hot water heaters, garage doors, etc.

Outside: We check the grounds for erosion problems, drainage issues, rodent damage, pests and insects, landscape monitoring, weed control, place delivered packages inside and pickup papers/flyer debris from the driveway and yard. Check for presence and proper storage of grill and other designated exterior items. Visual inspection from ground of siding and gutters for obvious clogs, sags, or breaks.
